"A decorative drinking fountain located in the wall of the former Hawthorne Leslie Shipbuilders Office. The surround shows high relief figures of, on the left Moses with arm raised holding a rod, and on the right a woman among bulrushes. Winged cherubs in clouds and a biblical quotation complete the decoration."
